We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and other independently licensed behavioral health clinicians to provide remote clinical supervision for our expanding Medicaid Behavioral Health and Peer Support Programs. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced clinicians looking for a flexible, long-term remote position while helping expand access to high-quality behavioral health services. States Needed - Arizona - New Mexico - Missouri - Colorado - Ohio Responsibilities - Provide remote clinical supervision for Peer Support Specialists and behavioral health programs. - Ensure compliance with state Medicaid and behavioral health regulations. - Review clinical documentation and provide guidance to staff. - Support quality assurance and program development. - Collaborate with leadership to maintain high standards of patient care. Qualifications - Active, unrestricted LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LISW, LPCC, or equivalent independent clinical license in one or more of the listed states. - Experience with Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Medicaid, Peer Support, Community Mental Health, or Substance Use Programs is preferred. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
