[Remote] M&A Associate, AI Residency (Part-time) | Applied AI x Corporate Finance

In this role, you will improve how Frontier AI handles corporate finance and contribute your M&A advisory experience to enhance AI reasoning in investment banking and capital markets.
Responsibilities
- You'll work directly on improving how Frontier AI handles corporate finance and gain rare, early exposure to how AI labs actually develop their models
- As part of the project, you will contribute your M&A advisory experience to a structured research project used to help improve AI reasoning across investment banking and capital markets
- The work involves generating, refining, and evaluating content that reflects how M&A professionals think through deals from pitching through execution and close
Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in M&A advisory at a recognized advisory firm (bulge bracket, elite boutique, or top-tier Big 4 Corporate Finance)
- Associate level with hands-on deal execution experience
- Deep expertise in buy-side and sell-side M&A, valuation, and due diligence coordination
- Strong financial modeling skills (incl. DCF, LBO, trading comps, precedent transactions) and comfort with CIMs, management presentations, and board materials
- Ability to articulate M&A judgment clearly and precisely in writing
