[Remote] Manager, Channel Marketing (Client facing) (Remote)

They are seeking a Manager of Channel Marketing to design and implement marketing campaign strategies that promote the sale of their products and services, while driving engagement with financial professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing Director to create strategic campaign plans, establish customer goals, and define key performance metrics
  • Lead staff in the design, build, and implementation of multiple complex and concurrent campaigns
  • Review addressable market to define target audiences and create programs that drive engagement relevant to the audience
  • Track and evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy, creative execution, optimizing for performance, and troubleshooting; define new processes and workflows as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery of superior customer service and operational excellence
  • Serve as internal escalation point for campaign related issues

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience
  • Eight years of marketing communications, digital marketing, or project management experience
  • Three years of marketing experience in financial services or a related industry
  • Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms
  • Experience managing projects/processes
  • Broad experience developing and executing digital campaigns and complex projects
  • Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms
  • Analytical and decision-making skills to identify and prioritize critical issues
  • Creative thinker
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Team lead/supervisory experience
  • Intermediary or institutional experience
  • Familiarity with content management, workflow and other marketing tools such as CMD, CRM, DAM, Workflow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront
  • Experience in change management
  • FINRA Series 7 (for roles supporting mutual funds)
