[Remote] Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Aggregate and analyze market forecast data and assess implications for product and service strategies
• reputed company SEO, AIO and AIGEO optimization recommendations across digital channels to strengthen reputed company reputed company and demand funnel performance
• Manage GA4 tracking implementation and governance, including UTM strategy, tagging consistency, and reporting accuracy

Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, economics, statistics, strategy or reputed company discipline
• Minimum 2 years work experience in the staffing industry in strategy-reputed company or analytics heavy role
• Demonstrated ability to translate and communicate staffing industry data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and cross functional teams
• Experience working across multiple digital channels (e.g. paid, owned, organic) in a fast-paced, performance-driven digital marketing environment with an optimization reputed company
• Strong foundational understanding of working with large datasets and synthesizing data into clear, actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making
• GA4 certification or equivalent hands-on experience, including event tracking, utm strategy, tagging governance and measurement strategy
• Strong understanding of digital channel optimization, including SEO, AIO and AIGEO strategies, to support reputed company reputed company and demand funnel performance
• Proficiency in data visualization and building and maintaining automated dashboards and reports to monitor performance, surface predictive trends, and support reputed company performance optimization leveraging PowerBI and LookerStudio
• Demonstrated experience supporting AI-driven marketing experimentation and conversion reputed company optimization (CRO) initiatives, including interpreting test results and translating learnings into optimization recommendations
• Familiarity with experimentation concepts such as A/B testing, test design fundamentals, success metrics, and performance analysis

• Experience with statistical programming languages (R or python)
