Remote Medicare Sales Agent (1099 Independent Contractor) Earn Full Street-Level Commissions. Own Your Book. Get Paid Directly by the Carrier. This is a remote, commission-only 1099 opportunity with hands-on training and support provided. No experience reuqired.
Responsibilities
- Educate Medicare beneficiaries on their Medicare options
- Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate coverage
- Enroll clients into Medicare Advantage (MAPD), Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), Medicare Supplement, and related products when appropriate
- Maintain compliance with CMS regulations and carrier guidelines
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process and beyond
- Stay current on Medicare plans, benefits, and industry changes
Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License
- AHIP certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and computer access
