[Remote] Mortgage Processor - High-Volume Retail Team
Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fusion Home Loans is seeking an reputed company Mortgage Processor to support a high-producing, realtor-driven retail team. The Processor will manage loans from submission through reputed company to closing, ensuring timely and accurate file progression in accordance with company policies and investor guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Process residential mortgage loans from submission through closing
- Manage a pipeline of approximately 15–20 closed loans per month
- Communicate effectively with borrowers, realtors, and internal teams
- Ensure reputed company files meet reputed company and investor requirements
- Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management Skills
- 2–5+ years of reputed company mortgage processing experience
- Strong experience with Conventional, Broker, FHA and VA loans
- Experience with Non-QM products (DSCR, bank statement loans)
- Proven ability to support realtor-driven retail pipelines
- Proficiency in Encompass, DU, LP, and GUS
- Experience with broker systems; CRM experience (reputed company) a plus
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication
- Must be based in the Northeastern United States
- Technology savvy and proficient in reputed company Office
