[Remote] Neon CRM Implementation Consultant (Contract | Remote)

They are seeking a Neon CRM Implementation Consultant to help establish their Neon consulting practice by sharing implementation knowledge and best practices with their team.
Responsibilities
- Advise our consulting team on Neon CRM implementation best practices
- Share practical implementation knowledge and lessons learned
- Help accelerate our team's proficiency with Neon CRM
- Assist with solution design and implementation planning
- Configure and administer Neon CRM as needed
- Help establish implementation standards and documentation
- Participate in client meetings when appropriate
- Support our initial client implementation projects
Skills
- Currently administers Neon CRM for a nonprofit organization
- Works as an independent Neon implementation consultant
- Has previous consulting or implementation experience with Neon One
- Is employed full-time but has availability for flexible contract work
- Enjoys mentoring other experienced consultants
- Advise our consulting team on Neon CRM implementation best practices
- Share practical implementation knowledge and lessons learned
- Help accelerate our team's proficiency with Neon CRM
- Assist with solution design and implementation planning
- Configure and administer Neon CRM as needed
- Help establish implementation standards and documentation
- Participate in client meetings when appropriate
- Support our initial client implementation projects
- Demonstrated experience implementing and administering Neon CRM
- Experience supporting multiple Neon implementations
- Strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising and constituent management
- Experience integrating Neon CRM with other business applications
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
