[Remote] Office Administrative Coordinator - Chicago, IL

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ADM Investor Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced office administrative coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the Executive Assistant to the President and manage various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office reception area including, switchboard, visitor access and room scheduling
  • Manage office work requests (e.g., ordering keys, cleaning)
  • Coordinate vendor service calls
  • Inventory management
  • Monitor Office Administration mailbox
  • Ad-hoc projects ( incl mass mailing for Research Department)
  • Expense report preparation
  • Back-up support for all mailroom services (incl printing)

Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Word
  • Effective listening skills with strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to integrity, safety, diversity and equality
  • Experience in a collaborative, culturally diverse and inclusive environment
