They are seeking a Lead Healthcare Executive to serve as a primary clinical liaison, managing client relationships and ensuring successful implementation of Oracle's EHR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary clinical liaison to the project leadership team working with federal client implementing Oracle's EHR
• Responsible for driving the client through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value
• Manage ongoing relationships with clients, providing account management and clinical subject matter expertise focusing on client success in utilizing Oracle's solutions
• Through the use of Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, the Consultant will assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, and is accountable for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes
• An experienced professional who is a domain and process expert with a deep understanding of research, clinical practices and solutions
• Partner with Oracle client Clinical leadership to form longitudinal relationships and holistically impact client performance and satisfaction through optimization activities and strategic initiatives during client project engagements
• Collaborate with development teams to design and position innovative solutions in the marketplace
• Leads solution design for existing and prospective external customer engagements
• Identifies areas for new solution offerings
• Analyzes external customer needs and exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex solutions to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product/process knowledge
• Influences external customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of deals
• Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated solutions
• Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions
• May perform other duties as assigned

• Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
