[Remote] Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Renewabl is a company focused on simplifying the procurement of renewable energy. They are seeking a Product Manager to own the product roadmap, balance customer needs with engineering capacity, and drive the development of their platform in the energy trading and tracking industry.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product roadmap by turning customer commitments and business priorities into scoped, sequenced, and deliverable work
- Own your product domain, building deep expertise in the energy trading and tracking industry to become the trusted authority both internally and externally
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new opportunities for the platform
- Shape product direction by working closely with Engineering, domain experts, and leadership to prioritise the features that will deliver the most value
- Distill complex business and customer requirements into clear, achievable product features and coherent specification documents
- Guide cross-functional teams through key technical milestones to drive the overall product vision forward
- Work directly with customers, internal teams, and industry experts to gather insights, clarify requirements, and validate product direction
- Navigate an evolving industry to address fragmented, manual infrastructure and transform it into seamless digital solutions
Skills
- 5 or more years of experience as a Product Manager for an enterprise SaaS product
- Proven experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams to drive product vision and define requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A strong knack for execution, with a demonstrated ability to distill complex requirements into deliverable milestones
- Comfort in a startup environment or small-team setting where priorities can move and evolve quickly
- Domain expertise in energy, sustainability, procurement, carbon accounting, or regulated enterprise environments
