[Remote] Product Manager

EVONA is a space technology company seeking a Founding Product Manager to lead the development of an environmental intelligence platform. This role involves defining product strategy, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving product adoption across government and commercial markets.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and long-term product vision
- Act as the primary interface between customers, operators, and engineering teams
- Gather customer feedback and translate operational needs into product requirements
- Define, prioritise, and manage feature development and product enhancements
- Support customer engagements, demonstrations, and technical presentations
- Drive product adoption across government and commercial markets
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Support product launch activities and customer onboarding
- Contribute to commercialisation strategy, packaging, and future product offerings
Skills
- Experience managing complex technical products from concept through deployment
- Strong product management background within space, defence, aerospace, communications, or related sectors
- Space Domain Awareness, RF, radar, SATCOM, GNSS, or missile tracking experience
- Defence or government customer exposure
- Product launch or 0-1 product development experience
- Experience working directly with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
- Understanding of data-driven products, sensor systems, analytics platforms, or mission-critical technologies
- Ability to engage credibly with both technical users and executive stakeholders
- Experience operating in fast-paced startup, scale-up, or innovation-focused environments
- Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
