[Remote] Program Management Consultant (Healthcare Identity & Data Strategy)

Nmble Hiring Solutions is a fast-growing, profitable healthcare technology company seeking a Program Management Consultant to lead a high-priority initiative focused on healthcare provider identity resolution and data strategy. The role involves driving program execution, coordinating efforts across various teams, and managing project plans to enhance user engagement and platform growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive program execution for a complex HCP identity and data initiative
- Coordinate efforts across engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate vendor evaluations and partner selection processes
- Support initiatives involving:
- Identity resolution and identity mapping
- Data acquisition and enrichment
- Data joining and integration strategies
- Master Patient/Provider Index (MPI)-driven identification approaches
- User experience improvements that increase authenticated engagement
- Establish accountability and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Translate technical concepts into actionable plans for diverse stakeholders
Skills
- Proven experience leading highly technical, data-centric programs
- Strong program/project management background in startup or fast-paced environments
- Experience working closely with engineering and product teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure where processes are still evolving
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience evaluating technology vendors and external partners
- Healthcare, healthcare technology, provider data, identity resolution, or data governance experience is a plus but not required
