Seneca Resources is a staffing and consulting firm that seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead impactful end-user computing projects. The role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and maintaining fiscal oversight while utilizing various project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating 2 or more end-user computing projects simultaneously
- Ensuring projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to end users
- Managing project budgets, expenses, and fiscal oversight related to capital expenditures
- Maintaining comprehensive RAID logs to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
- Utilizing project management tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, ADO, and M365 to track progress and collaboration
- Supporting projects through all phases from initiation to closure, ensuring timeline adherence and stakeholder communication
Skills
- Proven experience managing multiple end-user computing projects with significant impact
- Strong fiscal oversight skills, including managing capital expenses and project budgets
- Expertise in maintaining detailed RAID logs and tracking project risks
- Skilled in hybrid project delivery methodologies (Waterfall & Agile)
- Proficiency with project management tools: ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, ADO, and M365
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate and deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- PMP certification
- Experience supporting end-user computing or related technology portfolios
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
