Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce Inc is seeking a Project Manager for a remote, contract opportunity. The role involves coordinating the delivery and integration of retirement products into a mobile banking platform, ensuring alignment across various teams, and managing cross-functional execution of projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery and integration of the client's retirement products into the client's mobile banking platform through strategic third-party partnerships, with a strong focus on enabling seamless connections between tax and financial experiences
• As Project Manager, you will support the end-to-end implementation of retirement capabilities, including account onboarding, funding, engagement features, and partner handoffs, to ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Tax, and Compliance teams
• Play a key role in advancing tax-integrated retirement moments (e.g., tax-time contributions, account linking, and Saver's Match enablement), ensuring experiences are coordinated across digital and assisted channels; Work closely with internal stakeholders and external
• Coordinate end-to-end integration of retirement partners within mobile banking platform, including APIs, onboarding flows, data exchange, and tax-integrated experiences
• Manage cross-functional execution across planning, development, and phased releases
• Support cross-functional coordination and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Tax, Legal, and Compliance through program management activities
• Ensure alignment on timelines, dependencies, and tax-time experience priorities
• Develop and manage project plans aligned to the partnership roadmap, including tax season readiness and key capability rollouts (e.g., account opening, contributions)
• Consolidate end-to-end customer journeys across mobile banking and tax platforms, including onboarding, tax-time contributions, Saver's Match, and ongoing engagement
• Identify and track mitigations of risks across technical integration, tax implications, and regulatory requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in mobile app development or migration projects
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party partnerships and technical integrations (e.g., APIs, platform integrations)
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional programs with both internal teams and external partners
• Strong program management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership and external partners
• Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable plans
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering customer-centric outcomes
