Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cygnus Staffing Solutions is seeking a Project Manager with experience in regulated GxP processes within Healthcare and Life Sciences. The role involves managing project timelines, working with vendors, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Interact with subject matter experts to oversee delivery processes and requirements
- Understanding of the regulated Software Life Cycle (SLC) Quality and validation support processes
- Managing the requirements, enhancement requests, and work items to meet business needs and project timelines
- Developing work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports
- Managing and updating the support/release roadmap of major business/technical initiatives
- Organizing and leading project meetings and ensuring meeting action items are addressed
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in commercial projects
- Project management experience
- Background in regulated GxP processes of Healthcare & Life Sciences
- Outstanding communication skills to interact with the client's stakeholders and other delivery teams within Client IT Team
- Knowledgeable in ServiceMax and/or field service
- Ability to handle complexity and finish the rollout including mobile forms on iPad with Docusign
- Interact with subject matter experts to oversee delivery processes and requirements
- Understanding of the regulated Software Life Cycle (SLC) Quality and validation support processes
- Managing the requirements, enhancement requests, and work items to meet business needs and project timelines
- Developing work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports
- Managing and updating the support/release roadmap of major business/technical initiatives
- Organizing and leading project meetings and ensuring meeting action items are addressed
- Solid understanding of the GxP processes, and Software Testing Life Cycle and Release management (DevOps) phases including knowledge of tools like Jira, HP ALM, etc
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
- Strong attention to details
- PMP or related certifications are highly preferred
