Responsibilities
- Learn how real estate investment decisions are made
- Conduct research and underwriting
- Evaluate deals and assess risk-and-return tradeoffs
- Defend investment thesis in front of peers
- Work in small teams alongside mentors
- Build toward a real Capstone analysis
- Present investment thesis live at Demo Day

- Current high school or college student (freshmen and sophomores)
- Interest in learning about real estate investment decisions
