Our services include transaction support, CRM follow-up, virtual assistant support, file management, title services, and AI-powered workflow support for real estate professionals who need help keeping deals organized and moving. We are looking for remote Growth Partners who can promote Adfy through content, short-form videos, community engagement, social media conversations, and relationship-driven outreach. This is not a traditional cold-calling sales role. This is a content-led, community-based, commission opportunity for people who know how to build trust online and turn attention into paid clients.

About the Role

As an Adfy Growth Partner, you will help introduce real estate professionals to Adfy by creating content, posting online, engaging in real estate communities, starting conversations, and driving qualified prospects to our lead forms, booking pages, or sales team. You may be a strong fit if you are already active on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube Shorts, or real estate-related communities and you are comfortable creating simple, helpful, authentic content. The goal is simple: create trust, generate interest, drive traffic, and get paid when your traffic converts into paid Adfy clients. What You’ll Do

  • Create short-form videos, posts, or community content about real estate operations, transaction support, follow-up, admin help, and back-office pain points
  • Promote Adfy’s services to real estate agents, wholesalers, investors, brokers, and teams
  • Engage in real estate communities, groups, comment sections, and conversations in a professional way
  • Start warm conversations with people who may need transaction support, CRM follow-up, VA support, file management, or title services
  • Share Adfy links, lead forms, booking pages, or approved content assets
  • Help educate prospects on how Adfy supports the back office so they can focus on deals and closings
  • Track your activity and referral sources so commissions can be properly attributed
  • Follow brand guidelines and compliance expectations when promoting Adfy

What Adfy Provides Adfy provides the backend offer, brand assets, approved messaging, content direction, service details, lead capture process, and sales support. You do not have to fulfill the services yourself. Adfy handles the backend support, including transaction support, CRM follow-up, VA support, file management, title services, and operational delivery. Your role is to create visibility, build trust, drive qualified interest, and help convert attention into paid clients. Ideal Candidate This role may be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience in real estate, sales, marketing, content creation, social media, community management, or influencer-style promotion
  • Understand the pain points of real estate agents, wholesalers, investors, brokers, or transaction teams
  • Are comfortable creating short-form videos, social posts, comments, or educational content
  • Know how to have natural online conversations without sounding spammy or overly salesy
  • Are self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Want a commission-based opportunity with upside based on performance
  • Can follow brand guidelines and represent the company professionally
  • Are comfortable being paid based on client conversions, not hourly activity

Preferred Experience

  • Real estate industry experience
  • Social media content creation experience
  • Facebook group, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts experience
  • Affiliate, influencer, ambassador, or referral partner experience
  • Sales or appointment-setting experience
  • Experience promoting SaaS, virtual assistant services, real estate services, title services, CRM tools, or business support services

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor commission-based role. Recommended compensation structure:

  • 25% of the first collected payment for self-generated paid clients
  • 5% residual commission on collected client revenue for months 2–6
  • 10% of collected transaction coordination revenue for referred client files during the first 6 months of that client relationship
  • Commissions are paid only after client payments are collected and cleared

There is no guaranteed base pay or hourly wage. Earnings depend on your ability to create content, build trust, generate qualified interest, and convert traffic into paid Adfy clients. Top-performing Growth Partners may have the opportunity to move into senior partnership, sales leadership, or brand ambassador roles. Important Notes This role is best for someone who wants a performance-based opportunity and is comfortable creating content or building relationships online. Because this role involves promoting Adfy, Growth Partners must clearly and appropriately disclose their relationship with Adfy when required. No separate title-service referral commission will be paid unless approved through company compliance review.
