- End-to-End Sourcing Identify top-tier talent across job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks
- Screening & Interviews Conduct initial screenings and deep-dive interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment
- Candidate Management Maintain and organize pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring no candidate is left behind
- Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Coordination & Logistics Schedule interviews, reputed company reference checks, and facilitate background verifications
- Negotiation reputed company offers and assist in salary negotiations to reputed company the best talent
- Candidate Experience Ensure every applicant receives professional, clear, and timely communication throughout the process Skills
