[Remote] Regional Vice President of Sales

They are seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to manage a team of seasoned sales representatives and drive the company's transition to a vertical sales structure, primarily focusing on healthcare and insurance customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 8 seasoned and high-performing reps
- Drive the company's transition from a regional sales structure to a vertical structure
- Focus on healthcare and insurance customers
- Remain deeply involved in deal strategy, coaching, and team performance
- Own a successful book of business from selling SaaS solutions into enterprise-level, complex technical environments
- Manage and coach strategic, direct sellers
- Lead teams through complex, consultative sales motions
- Build relationships across long sales cycles, typically 9-15 months
- Operate as a player-coach and support reps in strategic deals
Skills
- A proven sales leader ready to step into an RVP title while remaining deeply involved in deal strategy, coaching, and team performance
- Strong background owning a successful book of business from selling SaaS solutions into enterprise-level, complex technical environments
- Experience managing and coaching strategic, direct sellers (NOT overlay)
- Experience in ITAM, ITSM, or related enterprise technology categories
- Exposure to FinOps and cloud cost management a strong plus
- A track record of leading teams through complex, consultative sales motions
- Strong in relationship-building across long sales cycles, typically 9-15 months
- The ability to operate as a player-coach and support reps in strategic deals
- Prior vertical experience in healthcare and insurance customers
