[Remote] Relationship Manager (Financial Advisor)

Lead Advisor is a wealth management consulting and search firm, and they are seeking a Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted point of contact for an established client base. The role involves delivering personalized financial planning solutions and expanding the client base through proactive relationship management and business development.
Responsibilities
- Expand the client base through referrals and next-generation relationship development
- Deliver holistic financial planning solutions, including investments, insurance, and advanced planning strategies
- Lead discovery meetings, plan presentations, and periodic review sessions to ensure alignment with client goals
- Prepare and present financial plans and recommendations
- Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Update client plans and recommend appropriate financial products and strategies
- Ensure a consistently high-quality client experience across all interactions
- Identify, attract, and onboard new clients focusing on 2nd generation planning
- Generate referrals from existing client relationships
- Adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining the ability to work independently
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professional integrity
Skills
- Life & Health Insurance License (resident and non-resident, including Florida)
- Securities licenses: SIE, Series 7, and series 63
- CFP®
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar field
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and acquiring new clients
- Background in sales, client service, or other client-facing roles
