This role is designed for self-starters who want total control over their schedule and income, managing the full-cycle recruitment process and delivering exceptional experiences for clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain your own pipeline of clients and candidates
- Negotiate fee agreements with hiring managers and companies
- Deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates
Skills
- At least 1–2 years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a 100% commission environment
- Expert knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, data mining, and social recruiting) to consistently identify high-quality candidates
- A quiet home office setup with reliable high-speed internet
