Our senior dispatcher is based in Orlando and helps guide training and daily operations. - Answer incoming roadside assistance calls
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and technicians
- Dispatch service providers accurately and efficiently
- Monitor active jobs from start to finish
- Update and maintain accurate information in our dispatch system
