Every owner you call already operates a short-term rental, so there's a real reason for them to listen. - Real base + uncapped upside. You get a steady $1,500/month base — you're never working for free while you ramp. - Lifetime residual. Earn 5% of the management revenue on every property you sign, every month it stays with us. Your income compounds as your book grows. WHAT YOU'LL EARN - $1,500/month base (guaranteed) - $500 bonus for every property you sign - 5% lifetime residual on each signed property's management revenue - Uncapped — $50,000–$120,000 OTE, depending on your performance and the size of the properties you sign WHAT YOU'LL DO - Reach out to qualified Airbnb owners from our targeted list and start the conversation - Run virtual sales presentations showing owners how our management increases their income - Handle questions and objections with a consultative, low-pressure style - Close management agreements and keep your pipeline moving in the CRM WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 1 year of closing or phone-sales experience (services, real estate, or short-term rentals is a plus) - A warm, persuasive communicator who's comfortable on the phone and on video - Self-motivated and reliable working remotely - Comfortable with a base + commission + residual model If your experience doesn't match this perfectly but you're a strong closer who's hungry to grow, we'd still love to hear from you.
