[Remote] Sales Consultant – Legal Services (remote)

Pitcoff Law Group is a rapidly growing commercial litigation and business law firm based in New York City, seeking a Sales Consultant to engage with prospective clients and drive business growth. The role involves conducting consultations, managing client relationships, and collaborating with leadership to enhance client experience and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured consultations with prospective clients to assess needs, determine fit, and convert qualified opportunities into paying engagements
- Manage a steady pipeline of prospective clients while proactively following up with prior inquiries, referrals, and targeted outreach opportunities
- Coordinate with attorneys and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client transitions
- Track activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics within the firm’s CRM
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve lead quality
- Communicate with professionalism, clarity, and confidence across all client interactions
- Meet or exceed consultation-to-retainer conversion goals and monthly revenue targets
- Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM documentation
- Contribute insights to strengthen overall lead-generation and conversion processes
Skills
- 5+ years of consultative or relationship-based sales experience in a professional-services, financial, or high-value B2B environment
- Proven record of consistently exceeding conversion or revenue targets
- Skilled at conducting purposeful, client-focused conversations that build trust and lead to commitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to executive-level decision-makers
- Organized, disciplined, and self-directed in a remote environment
- CRM-proficient
- HubSpot experience is a plus
- Preferably based in or around New York City, with flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings
