Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective travelers to learn about their vacation preferences and travel objectives

- Assist clients in selecting and securing travel arrangements that meet their needs
- Maintain ongoing communication throughout the planning and booking process
- Present supplier promotions, exclusive offers, and special travel opportunities
- Develop strong client relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, reservations, and planning details
