[Remote] SAP BRIM Consultant, Director

They are seeking a Director for their SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) capability to drive client delivery excellence, lead business development efforts, and mentor future leaders in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive excellence in client delivery for SAP BRIM projects
- Set strategic direction and lead initiatives for business development
- Oversee multiple projects to align with client needs
- Engage with senior stakeholders to shape client interactions
- Mentor and develop future leaders within the team
- Promote practice development and thought leadership in the field
- Utilize substantial hands-on experience in SAP BRIM implementations
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of SAP experience
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Management of Technology
- At least 6 years of hands-on SAP BRIM implementation experience
- SAP certification in one or more BRIM components or S/4HANA Finance
- Leading end-to-end SAP BRIM program delivery
- Navigating client engagements with C-suite stakeholders
- Driving quality assurance across multiple workstreams
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Managing and mentoring teams across engagements
- Building senior client relationships for repeat engagements
- Possessing prior experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 system integrator
