[Remote] SAP FI-CA Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EPAM Systems is seeking a SAP FI-CA Consultant to join their team. This role focuses on providing support for business units utilizing SAP FI-CA, managing projects, and ensuring smooth operations while collaborating with various professionals to contribute to complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for business units utilizing SAP FI-CA, ensuring smooth operations and addressing user needs
- Manage and implement projects and change requests related to SAP BRIM and FI-CA
- Handle business correspondence related to FI-CA processes
- Troubleshoot and debug issues within the SAP FI-CA environment, including custom implementations
- Intake and assess new feature or modification requests, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Conduct testing and prepare documentation for new functionalities and changes
- Manage and resolve incidents related to SAP FI-CA, ensuring timely solutions
- Engage in stakeholder management to align technical solutions with business objectives
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working with SAP FI-CA
- At least 2 years in a leadership, management, owner, architect, or coordinator role
- Experience leading a team of at least 5 members for a minimum of 1 year
- Participation in at least 2 full-cycle SAP projects or involvement in multiple projects covering different phases of the development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BRIM (FI-CA)
- Knowledge of collection, dunning, and payment handling processes within SAP FI-CA
- Strong code comprehension and debugging abilities, especially for custom solutions in FI-CA
- Ability to work effectively as a team player, demonstrating respectful communication and shared responsibility for team success
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proactive approach and a high level of independence in task execution
- Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or general understanding of the e-commerce business domain
- Experience with e-invoicing processes and ODN implementation for VAT reporting
