[Remote] SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nasscomm is seeking an experienced SAP HCM US Payroll Consultant with expertise in SAP Payroll configuration and operational support. The role involves leading payroll implementations, ensuring compliance, and managing integrations while mentoring junior consultants.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP HCM US Payroll implementations, enhancements, and operational support while ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and system stability
- Configure and troubleshoot Payroll Schemas, PCRs, wage types, personnel areas/subareas, payroll areas, union contracts, garnishments, and US tax configurations, including BSI setup, updates, and issue resolution
- Support third-party integrations with UKG/Kronos and SuccessFactors, managing interface monitoring, reconciliation, and resolving production issues
- Lead testing activities including Unit, SIT, UAT, payroll parallel testing, and cutover execution while producing functional specifications, configuration documentation, and support runbooks
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Time Management, ABAP, and integration teams to deliver business solutions, resolve cross-functional issues, and mentor junior consultants
