[Remote] SAP Project Manager - Public Cloud
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee ongoing SAP Public Cloud projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while utilizing SAP Cloud ALM for project tracking and execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SAP Public Cloud implementations and rollouts
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in alignment with organizational goals and timelines
- Utilize SAP Cloud ALM for project tracking, change management, and issue resolution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute cutover activities, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Oversee all aspects of testing (unit, integration, UAT), including test planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues as necessary
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and documentation for stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate travel for onsite meetings, workshops, and critical project phases (up to 50% travel as needed)
Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; PMP/SAP certifications preferred
- 5+ years of SAP project management experience, with proven success in SAP Public Cloud environments
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM
- Demonstrated expertise in cutover and testing management for SAP projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% based on project needs
- Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall project methodologies
- Previous consulting or client-facing experience
