[Remote] Senior Accountant (Public Accounting)

They are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage client assignments and financial projects for a growing public accounting firm.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and managing client assignments
- Tax returns
- Financials and related projects
Skills
- Ideally a licensed (or on track to earning) CPA or EA
- 3 or more years of experience with public accounting, audit and an understanding of tax
- Experience with the preparation of reviewed and compiled financial statements
- Professional proficiency with recognized tax, audit and accounting software systems
- Is an excellent verbal and written communicator
- Has earned a Bachelor's degree ideally in, or with a focus on, accounting
- Candidates with a desire to coach, mentor and lead teams are strongly preferred
- An interest in mentoring and leading growing teams is ideal
