[Remote] Senior AI Solutions Engineer

They are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to lead the design and deployment of AI-powered solutions, integrate systems, and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Designing and deploying AI-powered workflows and automation solutions on low-code platforms for enterprise clients
- Integrating the platform with external systems including CRMs, ERPs, and enterprise APIs
- Directing and reviewing AI coding agent outputs to ensure production-grade quality
- Decomposing complex client requirements into executable tasks and delegating to junior engineers
- Communicating technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders and commercial partners
- Applying full-stack engineering skills to extend and customise solutions beyond what low-code platforms can deliver
Skills
- 10+ years of engineering/architecture experience with a strong track record in AI automation, low-code/no-code development, and integrating complex enterprise systems
- Hands-on production experience with at least one major low-code/no-code platform such as Power Platform, n8n, OutSystems, Retool or similar
- Active daily use of AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar
- Integration experience with CRMs, ERPs, and REST APIs
- Scripting fluency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and oversee junior engineers
- Strong communication skills with non-technical clients and stakeholders
- US-based and authorised to work without visa sponsorship
- Experience with LLM APIs
- Agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
- Prompt engineering
- A background in fast-moving SaaS or services environments
