[Remote] Senior Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Arkhya Tech. Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a background in Defense and Space Manufacturing. The role involves bridging business priorities and data delivery by translating operational needs into actionable data product and AI use case requirements, ensuring alignment and adoption within the business.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to define business requirements, KPIs, and data product needs
- Translate workflows, metrics, and decision points into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support definition of data product charters, KPIs, and success metrics
- Document business rules, semantic definitions, and reporting requirements
- Ensure traceability between requirements, code implementations, and data outputs
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT readiness
- Align data products to business outcomes and operational processes
- Support business glossary, metric standardization, and semantic alignment
- Identify risks, dependencies, and data readiness gaps
- Drive adoption, training readiness, and post-release feedback loops
- Identify and frame AI/GenAI-enabled use cases
Skills
- Strong business analysis experience in data or analytics programs
- Ability to define requirements, KPIs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Understanding of data concepts including KPIs, semantic models, and reporting
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
- Manufacturing domain experience
- Exposure to AI, analytics, or automation initiatives
