[Remote] Senior Business Consultant - Events Business Consulting
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Veeva Systems is building the industry cloud for Life Sciences through software, data, AI, and Business Consulting. As a Senior Consultant in the Events Business Consulting practice, you will help customers transform their operations with technology and data to bring treatments to patients faster.
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions
- Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting
- Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements
- Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights
- Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across the Events Business Consulting while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas
Skills
- 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Proven expertise in HCP engagement strategy, HCP educational programs, commercial operations, omnichannel and/or marketing excellence are preferred
- A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Knowledge of Veeva products
- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
