[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kelly is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the Direct Deposit Real-Time Validation Project. This role involves leading business requirements gathering, translating those into functional specifications, and serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and requirements elicitation to define project objectives and business needs
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable deliverables for technical teams
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and project delivery teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Support solution design by validating business requirements and ensuring proposed solutions meet business objectives
- Manage requirements traceability, documentation, and change control
- Collaborate with QA and business teams to define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identify and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations to project leadership
- Provide business analysis support through implementation, deployment, and post-production stabilization
Skills
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise technology initiatives
- Strong expertise in business requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation
- Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting system implementations and software development projects
- Strong understanding of requirements traceability, change management, and UAT
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
