[Remote] Senior Consultant US - R&D Advisory
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is looking for a Senior Consultant to join their R&D Advisory Group. In this role, you will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of life science R&D organizations by working with senior stakeholders to develop proposals, engagement strategies, and manage project deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations and expectations
- Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projects
- Develop engagement strategies and plans and present findings and recommendations to team members
- Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables
- Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers
- Actively build networks of customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, or through referrals
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business
- Experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry or equivalent industry role
- Experience working with one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting
- Engagement management experience
- Strong presentation and business development skills
- Master's degree in life sciences or business
