The role involves leading finance modernization efforts for CFOs and finance teams, with responsibilities spanning operating model design, process improvement, and technology enablement.
Responsibilities
- Helping CFOs and finance leadership teams modernize the finance function
- Finance operating model design
- R2R, O2C, P2P and FP&A process improvement
- Shared services / centres of excellence
- ERP / EPM-enabled finance transformation
- Performance management and reporting
- Finance technology enablement
- Transformation roadmap and business case development
- End-to-end programme execution
Skills
- 10–15+ years' experience across finance transformation, CFO advisory, finance operations or performance improvement
- Strong consulting / professional services background
- Experience advising CFOs, CAOs, Controllers or senior finance leaders
- Practical understanding of finance processes and enabling systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream, Hyperion, NetSuite or similar
- Ability to lead complex client engagements and manage teams
- Commercial mindset and appetite to help grow a developing practice
