Remote Senior Event Planner - Luxury Hospitality

Our client, a leader in the hospitality and tourism sector, is looking for a dedicated and creative Senior Event Planner to join their dynamic team, operating entirely remotely. This position offers a unique opportunity to design and execute high-profile events from conception to completion, catering to discerning clientele. You will be responsible for all aspects of event planning, including venue sourcing, budget management, vendor negotiation, logistical coordination, and on-site (virtual) management oversight. The ideal candidate will have a flair for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of event trends within the luxury market. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and culinary teams to ensure seamless event experiences. Key responsibilities include developing event concepts, creating detailed event timelines and run sheets, managing guest lists and RSVPs, and ensuring all events meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. A strong network of vendors and suppliers is highly desirable. This is a fully remote position, so proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and remote work best practices is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of event planning experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, is required. Demonstrated success in managing complex events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences, is crucial. The ability to think creatively and troubleshoot under pressure is a must.
