[Remote] Senior Finance AI Builder
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Altimetrik is seeking a Senior Finance AI Builder to design and deploy AI-powered applications for finance and banking organizations. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders to translate financial processes into scalable AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications—including AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, natural language interfaces, and intelligent workflow automation—to solve complex business problems for finance and banking organizations
- You'll partner with business stakeholders to translate financial processes into scalable AI solutions
Skills
- AI / ML Engineering (Must Have)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience building production-grade AI/GenAI applications
- Strong hands-on expertise in: Python, SQL, LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, etc.), Prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agent development, Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, FAISS, etc.), REST APIs and enterprise integrations, Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments
- Candidates should have built and supported real-world AI applications beyond proof-of-concepts or chatbot implementations
- Enterprise Systems & Integration (Must Have)
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications using APIs, databases, messaging systems, or middleware
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred
- Experience delivering technology solutions for organizations in one or more of the following industries is preferred: Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, Capital Markets, Payments
- Experience supporting business teams such as: Corporate Finance, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Accounting, Treasury, Risk & Compliance is considered a strong plus
- Working knowledge of common finance concepts is preferred, including: Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Variance Analysis, ARR / MRR / NRR, Deferred Revenue, Revenue Recognition, Commission & Incentive Compensation, SaaS Metrics
- Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, CaptivateIQ, Oracle ERP / EPM, SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake
