[Remote] Senior Finance Systems Analyst

The Senior Finance Systems Analyst will play a critical role in the design and architecture of scalable finance systems, working directly with Finance and cross-functional teams to support finance transformation and automation.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with accounting and other finance teams to enable new features within Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP for Accounting Hub, Cash Management, Payables, Subledger Accounting and other finance systems
- Automating Finance processes using AI enabled solutions
- Driving cross-functional stakeholders alignment for solution design
- Documenting and managing testing and related approvals for changes to systems
- Supporting finance teams in providing responses and data from systems for internal and SOX audits
Skills
- 4+ years of relevant work experience, working on Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Financial applications and other finance systems
- Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP modules like Accounting Hub, Payables, Cash management, Receivables, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Subledger Accounting, FDI reporting
- Experience in creating innovative solutions using AI tools to help teams automate the processes within and out of ERP applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable interfacing with all levels and across all departments within the organization
- Outstanding change management skills and the ability to lead teams through change
- Detail-oriented, highly analytical, a skilled multi-tasker and problem-solver
- Self-motivated, attentive, and always follow through
- Driven to add value and continuously seek opportunities for improvement both individually and as a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
- Experience in other applications like Zip Procurement to Pay, Navan Travel and Expense strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Familiarity with treasury systems like Kyriba and SEC reporting applications like Workiva will be considered a strong plus
