[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for forecasting, planning, and strategic financial analysis, playing a central role in financial reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly forecast updates including cross-functional consolidation, variance analysis, and narrative-driven reporting to senior leadership
- Play a lead role in the annual budgeting cycle, building bottom-up models and pressure-testing departmental assumption
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models supporting strategic decisions including scenario analysis, sensitivity modelling, and ROI frameworks
- Drive AI and automation adoption within the finance function to reduce manual close and forecast effort and improve speed and accuracy
- Prepare executive dashboards and board-level reporting packages
- Partner cross-functionally with People, Talent, and Total Rewards teams on headcount planning and operational efficiency
Skills
- 3 or more years in corporate FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting, ideally with tech company exposure
- Advanced financial modelling skills built from scratch with strong opinions on model architecture, auditability, and formula hygiene
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools or automation within a finance workflow
- Strong grasp of consolidated financial statements, accounting concepts, and SaaS operating metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to distil complex analysis into clear, actionable narratives for senior audiences
- Hands-on experience with enterprise planning tools such as Pigment or Adaptive Insights, and NetSuite preferred
