[Remote] Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Judge Group is building a modern suite of SaaS products for the civic and government sector, focusing on AI-powered capabilities. They are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own an AI-powered platform end-to-end, drive technical enhancements, and collaborate with leadership to align technical and product goals.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a production-ready AI-powered CMS platform
- Drive the technical roadmap and implement new features across the full stack
- Maintain and improve system reliability, uptime, and performance
- Manage and scale AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK
- Establish and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes
- Leverage AI tools and large language models to accelerate development workflows
- Collaborate directly with leadership to align technical direction with product goals
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in full stack software engineering
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js
- Hands-on experience with AWS, including infrastructure as code (preferably CDK)
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, Prisma or similar ORMs, and Redis
- Strong understanding of production systems, monitoring, and incident response
- Experience using AI tools in day-to-day engineering workflows
- Experience working in monorepo environments using tools such as pnpm and Turborepo
- Familiarity with Docker-based local development environments
- Experience owning or leading a product or platform in production
- Strong product mindset with the ability to prioritize and execute independently
