[Remote] Senior Healthcare Analyst - Epic Cadence

They are seeking a Senior Healthcare Analyst responsible for designing, building, and optimizing provider scheduling solutions within Epic, requiring deep expertise in Cadence and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize provider scheduling templates using Epic Cadence best practices
- Analyze data and workflows to identify and implement scheduling and capacity improvements
- Lead system enhancements end-to-end, including requirements, build, testing, and deployment
- Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
- Develop and execute test scripts to ensure accuracy and system integrity
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendors
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users and super-users
- Mentor junior team members and promote standardization and best practices
Skills
- Epic Cadence Certified
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information System Management, Math/Science or related field
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience working with information systems
- Expertise with Epic Cadence visit type and template build
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Ten (10) years preferred experience
- Additional Epic certifications a plus
