[Remote] Senior Instructional Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vertisystem, a MOURI Tech Company, is seeking an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to analyze, design, develop, and maintain complex training curricula and learning solutions. The role involves strong analytical and project management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop new training curricula, participant guides, job aids, assessments, and other learning materials
- Maintain and revise existing curricula, learning assets, and assessment tools
- Conduct job task analyses and support Train-the-Trainer sessions as needed
- Partner with internal clients and subject matter experts to identify business needs, learning objectives, and training requirements
- Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning experiences
- Develop training design documents and instructional strategies
- Lead or collaborate with instructional design teams on larger projects
- Manage multiple stakeholders and contribute to complex training initiatives
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing training curricula and learning assets
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and e-learning development tools
- Experience developing instructional design documentation and training materials
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
- Experience developing training content in industries such as utilities, healthcare, military, aviation, or other highly regulated technical environments
- Experience creating digital learning experiences and virtual training programs
- Experience maintaining and updating complex technical curricula
- Proficiency with Articulate or similar e-learning authoring tools
- Experience leading instructional design projects or teams
