[Remote] Senior Manager, Finance - Revenue Cycle Program Management

This role involves optimizing revenue cycle operations through analytics, automation, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives that drive Revenue Cycle transformation, process optimization, and cost efficiency
- Leverage AI, advanced analytics, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance, reduce cost per unit (cost/RX, cost/patient), and enhance both patient and colleague experience
- Deliver data-driven insights, accelerate automation, and enable scalable, efficient operations across the Revenue Cycle
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Finance, business analytics, continuous improvement, or project management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to travel up to 20% (including by plane)
- Bachelor's Degree; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher)
- Management Professional Certified - PMP
- Experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics (predictive modeling, GenAI tools)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management
- Experience in healthcare, infusion services, or regulated environments
- Experience driving automation or digital transformation initiatives
