[Remote] Senior Marketing Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DMA Solutions is a marketing agency focused on helping fresh produce and floral brands grow through strategic and creative marketing efforts. The Senior Marketing Specialist will lead the execution of marketing strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure the delivery of impactful marketing communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for a portfolio of client brands
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and provide strategic marketing guidance
• Write and edit compelling, on-brand marketing copy for websites, email campaigns, blogs, social media, digital ads, and other client communications
• Plan and execute email marketing, content, social media, and digital campaigns
• Manage website content, SEO updates, and ongoing optimization
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and website launches from concept through execution
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, copy development, content creation, and campaign execution while ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand voice
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
• Manage client budgets, timelines, and project deliverables
• Collaborate with and provide guidance to the Creative team to produce compelling, on-brand marketing assets

Skills

• 2–4 years of marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-directed approach to expanding knowledge and finding solutions
• Excellent writing, communication, and client relationship skills
• Experience with content marketing, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns
• Working knowledge of SEO, website management, marketing analytics, and performance reporting
• Experience with marketing automation platforms
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and productivity
• Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional client results
• Agency experience strongly preferred
• HubSpot experience is preferred
