[Remote] Senior MercuryGate Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CYAN360 is seeking an experienced MercuryGate Administrator to manage and support their MercuryGate Transportation Management System (TMS). The ideal candidate will ensure the platform is optimized for efficiency and integrated seamlessly with enterprise applications while aligning with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize MercuryGate TMS modules to support day-to-day logistics and transportation operations
- Manage system security, including user setup, roles, and permissions
- Set up and maintain carrier profiles, contracts, rates, and routing guides
- Support integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), EDI/API connections, and third-party applications
- Create and manage workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline operations (load tendering, shipment tracking, freight audit & pay)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with MercuryGate support as needed
- Provide end-user support and training to logistics and supply chain teams
- Develop reporting and dashboards for KPIs and transportation analytics
- Partner with IT, operations, and carriers to ensure continuous process improvements
Skills
- Experience managing, configuring, and supporting MercuryGate Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Ability to configure, maintain, and optimize MercuryGate TMS modules to support day-to-day logistics and transportation operations
- Experience managing system security, including user setup, roles, and permissions
- Experience setting up and maintaining carrier profiles, contracts, rates, and routing guides
