The Senior Pharmaceutical Research Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medicinal chemists, biologists, and pharmacologists, to advance drug candidates through the pipeline. Key responsibilities include interpreting scientific literature, formulating research hypotheses, and documenting experimental procedures and results in detailed reports. You will also play a role in manuscript preparation, patent applications, and scientific presentations. The ideal candidate possesses a Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field, with a strong publication record and extensive experience in pharmaceutical research. Contribute to the development of intellectual property through patent filings. Mentor junior scientists and provide technical guidance. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related life science discipline. Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in pharmaceutical R&D. Proven track record of successful research outcomes and publications in peer-reviewed journals. Extensive experience in relevant laboratory techniques (e.g., cell culture, molecular biology, protein biochemistry, assay development). Strong understanding of drug discovery and development processes. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
