[Remote] Senior Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. As a Senior Project Manager on the Revvity Services team, you’ll drive customer-facing projects by managing schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery schedule by keeping resources aligned to commitments and ensuring the plan is followed
- Monitor task progress daily/weekly, remove obstacles, and keep execution moving toward milestones
- Identify roadblocks and escalate early with clear context, impact, and recommend next steps
- Maintain alignment between customer stakeholders and internal teams (including project leads and team leads) through consistent communication
- Provide concise, coherent project status updates covering progress, risks, and issues for both internal and customer audiences
- Manage project budgeting and financial tracking, support invoicing and administrative tasks, and keep project plans updated to maintain delivery accuracy and on-time reporting
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
- 5+ years' experience running customer-facing projects end to end in the life science industry is a must
- 5+ years' experience leading projects that require close coordination among multiple stakeholders and leadership groups
- 5+ years' experience running executive call updates and aligning leadership on priorities, risks, and outcomes
- Ability to manage delivery using both Agile and Waterfall approaches
- Proficiency with project tools and reporting (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) plus strong Excel skills for tracking and updates
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management training
