[Remote] Senior Project Manager - Enterprise M&A Integration

MMD Services is a leading national insurance and financial services organization, seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a critical enterprise integration initiative. This role involves driving the final phases of a complex file and data migration through successful production implementation while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring project milestones are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead the remaining phases of a large-scale enterprise file and data migration supporting an M&A integration
- Coordinate business, application, data, and platform teams to ensure project milestones are delivered on time
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting
- Drive testing, validation, deployment, and production readiness activities
- Ensure migrated data is successfully loaded, validated, and available to downstream systems and front-end applications
- Facilitate communication across multiple workstreams and proactively remove roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- Experience supporting M&A or post-acquisition integration initiatives
- File migration, data migration, or data conversion experience
- IBM FileNet or enterprise content management (ECM) experience
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting
- Experience with enterprise implementation, migration, or transformation projects
- Ability to step into an active project and quickly drive it through successful completion
- Experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry
- PMP certification
