[Remote] Senior Remote Advisory Consultant

In this role, you will conduct phone consultations to help individuals make informed decisions regarding coverage options, supported by structured training and ongoing coaching.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled phone consultations with individuals who requested information
- Run needs-based discovery to understand each person's situation and goals
- Present available options clearly, accurately, and without pressure
- Help each individual reach a confident, well-informed decision
- Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence across active conversations
- Keep CRM records and pipeline notes current after every interaction
